Just when you think that scientists and researchers are out there doing good and spending their time and energy discovering things to help the human race, you come across stories like this. There was a study conducted by the University of Warwick in the UK, taking a look at the funniest words to say out loud, and I have to say, I don’t get what’s so funny.
Now, In our defence, we’ve covered this a little bit already in a post mid-summer (found HERE!), and I’ll admit that some of the overall funniest words do give me a chuckle. As it turns out, however, there’s a difference between what men and women find funny, and it just reinforces that we’re just too different to get along.
Or something to that effect. I dunno, I’m still not a relationship expert or scientist my any means, but it seems like the men studied by the University find humour in the oddest words. Which says a lot about us, I guess.
