The good people over at Omni created a Thanksgiving calorie calculator to see just how much “exercise” you need to burn off your binge eating. Before you get on me, the calculator did not include my favorite and probably the most important dish, mashed potatoes. (All calculations based off 160 lbs person)
If you try every dish and dip on your table, you’ll consume around 3,150 calories. To burn them all you’d have to have sex for 14.8 hours.
