Thanksgiving may be over but you still have the belly and family fights to remember it.
Kathy Hollenkamp is a kindergarten teacher at Summersville Grade School in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Every year for Thanksgiving, Hollenkamp has the students make their version of a Thanksgiving cookbook. Hollenkamp started the student cookbook tradition about 20-years ago and it’s been a favorite ever since.
