If you ever have the chance to buy an older property, or inherit some, always check everything. You never know what you’re gonna find behind the walls, under the floor, or buried in the yard. It might change your life.
One note of advice though; make sure you sign some legal documents stating that you own everything in the house at the time of sale. That way, if there is buried treasure, the previous owners can’t call dibs.
Because ‘finders keepers’ is forever.
