First and foremost — this isn’t a post to knock on tossin’ a few back. Yours truly does that weekly. The point of this post is to highlight that alcohol, like essentially everything else, can be an unhealthy habit if you don’t practice moderation. Excessive drinking can lead to all sorts of health complications, such as cancer of the mouth and throat, stroke, heart disease, liver disease, brain damage and weight gain.
Or if you’re me, it can lead to challenging Uber drivers to late night tree-climbing contests that result in emergency room trips. Not kidding.
Jokes aside, the people below decided for whatever reason they were going to give up alcohol, and the results are night and day. Editor’s Note: The photos shared are absolutely no indication that these people suffered from any of any sort of addiction.
