In the age of social media, online reviews and general consumer entitlement, it’s not easy to run a restaurant. All it takes is one person to leave a bad review, and it could potentially tank the business, or cause some problems. Now, I’m not saying that every negative review out there is false (because I’ve been to some places where I’ve ignored a bad review at my own peril, and barely made it out without catching Salmonella or the runs), but, you need to open up that saltshaker on the table and take your reviews with it.
