When we think of fitness and getting into shape, normally the first thing that comes to our minds is weight loss. We think that the issue is that there is too much of ourselves and we need to start shedding the Lbs to make it right. Which is kind of true.
The problem with that is we’re trying to lose volume but we’re measuring by weight. That’s like saying your hair is too long and shaving half of your head. Do you have less hair? Yeah, but it’s probably not what you were looking for. Fat and muscle have different densities so you may be gaining weight, but still slimming down.
