I’m sure it’s happened to you; you’re watching a flick and you start to make connections with another film in your head, and you wonder if they’re related in any way. Maybe it’s the actor, or a line of dialogue, but you can’t tell me that some connections aren’t deliberate.
The Alamo Drafthouse seems to think so. They dropped this question on Twitter, and the answers are blowing my mind. They kinda all make sense, if you think about it.
And now I’ve got a headache.
