On this site, we’ve referenced the Konami Code, many a time. It’s the greatest shortcut in the history of gaming and has a varied amount of cool shit that it’ll do for you and to you. It’s something that we’d all love to have in your real lives. Imagine if you could just UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, A, B, START your way out of awkward dates, get yourself a bag of endless gold, or become invincible just for shits and giggles. I'd be the greatest gift anyone could receive.
But, since it only lives in the world of nostalgic gaming and the occasional pop culture reference, I figure I'd outline some of the fun stuff we used to get to do with it.
