“Never go to bed angry”. It’s age-old advice that most of us have probably heard at least once in our lives. I know when I was getting married, it was the first thing just about every person told me. But does it actually work? Should we really resolve our differences before hitting the sheets, or just cool down and sleep it off?
Personally speaking, I have no idea what I’m doing half the time, so I’m not the one you should be taking advice from. But maybe the folks at Mattress Advisor are. They surveyed 1,013 people who were either married, engaged, or in a serious relationship to find out how they handled disagreements before bedtime, and the results are somewhat surprising.
