If you’ve ever been in the position of trying to sell your home, and get it staged and advertised the right way to attract a potential buyer, then you know that it’s an utter gong show sometimes. Depending on where you live and what your house/condo/tree house looks like, you’ll find that your home can get lost in a sea of other listings. So, a creative approach is sometimes warranted.
This is where James Pyle, a Lansing, Michigan-area agent, had a great idea. He was tasked with selling a 1,568-square foot, century old house, with the original floors and massive windows, on the historic N. Chestnut St.
He went with a horror-inspired photo shoot, and I’m just gonna say it; his listing is a real scream.
