It’s a pretty scary would out there and anyone who says that they’re doing fine and 100% ok mentally, are probably lying. So when the world gets tough and anxiety starts to rear it’s ugly bastard head, most of us turn towards a therapist, right? They’re the experts on navigating life, difficult situations and those crazy feelings of doom. But the crazy (or really, not so crazy,) thing is that they also have the same struggles we do.
Us non-therapist folks aren’t the only ones feeling like the world’s going to shit, so it makes you wonder how they deal.
