We all know that the human body needs sleep to survive. When you’re not getting enough, everything starts to go a little screwy; your mood sucks, you’re stressed easily, and your body feels like it’s falling apart. But, to be honest, getting enough sleep in 2020 hasn’t been at the top of anyone’s list, right?
The good news is, you’re not the only one who’s been kept up at night worrying about this stuff, and you’re not the only one being driven insane by your partner. Or you’re bringing the crazy. Or not. Maybe you’re sleeping alone.
