Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you’ve been grinding in the gym day in and day out only to step on the scale and see nothing has changed, you should look up from the scale and into the mirror. You’ve likely just pushed those pounds away from your belly and into more desirable places, which is what fitness gurus call “body recomposition.”
In other words: count reps, not pounds.
