Essential workers were our focus on the third day of RAKit week and, as the son of a nurse, I held this day close to my heart. From restaurant workers to grocery store clerks, essential workers had it harder than anybody over the past year and a half. On Tuesday, Chivers did their best to give back and show how grateful they are.
At theCHIVE HQ we put care packages together for local essential workers. People signed thank you notes, sent goody bags, gave gift cards and (the best of us) gifted alcohol. After the year these people have had, I’m sure they could use a drink (and some kindness).
