Every job out there has some dirty little secrets that employers like to keep from the general public.

When I worked at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, it was not uncommon that we would overbook our reservations for the day. Cars are constantly going in and out, but the shops are never 100% positive if they will even have a car for a specific customer during high travel times.
