Born 1953, in Toronto, Canada, Rick Moranis first made a name for himself to audiences when he performed memorable impressions on Canada’s Second City Television (SCTV). Moranis and castmate Dave Thomas later portrayed the McKenzie brothers in the 1983 film ‘Strange Brew’ (which they also wrote and directed).
