Sometimes customers have a personal agenda or a vindictive reason for trash-talking a restaurant and so they choose to use negative reviews as their weapon. And though sometimes restaurants and customer service do deserve to receive bad feedback, occasionally people are just slandering someone’s good name for personal gain.
