Well, they did it. Disney finished its new Star Wars trilogy, and the final film was kind of all over the place. Even if you liked it, there’s no denying that it feels like it moves a bit too quickly and introduces new characters out of nowhere.
In fact, you could even say that they introduced them so quickly that they had to put crucial information about them in a companion book to the movie.
