Words We All Use That Aren’t Actually Really Words

I recently wrote an article and used what I always thought was a word: “cheersed.”
You know, the past tense of cheers.
I’ve said it before in conversation, but this was the first time I had ever written it down.
And I sat back and thought, that doesn’t look right.
Similarly, if I ever say “edited it” out loud, it doesn’t sound right. But grammatically, it actually is. (Try it. Say “edited it” without sounding like a moron, it’s impossible.)
And I got to thinking, what other words do we all use that aren’t actually official words at all?
