Despite my new connections to Ireland, Scotland will always be the homeland of little ol’ Henderson here. My grandparents moved to Canada from Glasgow when they were pregnant with my dad, and from time to time I pop over to check in on things.

And by check in on things, I mean eat copious amounts of fried sh*t, as they do.

If you’ve not been, Scotland is epic. It’s like Ireland’s slightly weirder brother. Anyway, this Daily Evening Randomness is dedicated to the country that has a unicorn as its national animal!
