When I look around, I often feel bored with how our world looks. Sure, there’s still a lot of beauty in architecture and city planning. But it just doesn’t feel as mystical as old cities used to look (especially old European cities).
We’ve lost so much crucial and beautiful architecture thanks to war and conflict. Most of those structures we’ll never be able to restore. Like, I read that Iran had so much ancient history and artifacts destroyed by ISIS. So sad.
