About a month ago, the University of Texas announced an unusual professor: Matthew McConaughey.
To be fair, he’s teaching a “Script to Screen Class” that he helped develop at the college, and he has a bachelor’s degree in film from UT on top of that. It’s not a bad side gig for the man, but he’s far from the only celebrity with an unexpected side job. Not even close.
