I think it’s safe to say we’ve all felt the unnecessary squeeze of subscription services trying to get every last penny out of us. Upping prices every six months while adding nothing new to the service. The cherry on top is that digital downloads mean you own nothing. Which sucks. Not to mention the digital streaming editions of certain films have been altered to appease the new generation of viewers that may not understand times change.
All that said and done, it’s no wonder why physical media, all the way down to VHS and Cassete Tapes have been making a comeback. Let’s focus on the film side of things in this article.
