I’m at just over the halfway mark of my SXSW 2024 coverage, and frankly, it’s been a delirious blast so far. I still have plenty of movies to see before I’m done with the festival, but it’s time to let y’all know what I’ve seen up to this point.
For those of you who don’t know how these Short Review Round-Ups work, let me give you the rundown. Each movie and TV show listed will have a “Short Version” and a “Longer Version” mini-review. The names are pretty self-explanatory, but the Short Version will just be a couple of sentences long. If you’d like to know just a bit more, read the extra paragraphs in the Longer Version.
