Almost 30 years after the original, there’s going to be a sequel to 1996’s meteorological thriller Twister, according to an article in AV Club.
Steven Spielberg and Amblin Entertainment have given the green light for the production of the sequel after Spielberg read and loved the script written by Mark L. Smith, who also wrote The Revenant.
