So, first things first. Netflix has a tendency to test features with its Android phone users before rolling them out to the rest of its audience.
And that’s if it’s a successful test (for example, we wrote about a “random shuffle” feature Netflix was testing on Android back in April, and nothing has materialized from that since). So, this story comes with a big ol’ grain of salt right upfront.
