Whatever your plans today big or small, I wish you all the best of times. Reflect on something good you have going in your life. Try not to fixate on all the outside noise. And most important of all, don’t let anybody tell you how much you should allow yourself to eat…or drink. That’s nobody’s business but yours!
Happy Thanksgiving!! And thanks to all our troops at home and abroad who are not able to be with their families today. I salute you all!
