IT, Tech Support – yeah, this is the reality of a lot of them. Because let’s face it, offices usually aren’t full of nerds who can setup the systems they all rely on.
Even with IT, things can take way too long to fix or aren’t reported in time. Like most things, people think it will be an easy fix, even if that means the thousand dollar tech that they spilled their lunch all over starts to freeze up or not turn on.
Remember, it’s never their fault either.
