We all really gotta stop and take a moment to give Jackie Chan his well-deserved roses, because this guy is an absolutely badass.
I recently watched Rush Hour for the first time (I know, I know), and while you can tell that Jackie’s legendary stunts were likely toned down slightly as a result of American filmmakers generally not wanting one of their leads seriously injured on set, he still manages some absolutely bonkers stunts.
But it was really nothing compared to some of his earlier work in China. Check out some gifs that show exactly what I’m taking about, or better yet, go binge watch some oldschool Jackie Chan movies to really see him in action!
