Pareidolia is the name for the tendency for our brains to perceive faces in otherwise unassuming objects or patterns.
Technically this was a lot more useful waaay back in the ancient days when humans needed to be wary of potential dangerous predators lurking nearby.
Nowadays, we just make memes about this stuff.
