Like a midnight phone call explaining how uncool you are, or how much you’ve realized you aren’t the same person as last year, even if there isn’t someone else on the line. It’s always good to have a bit of self-reflection land on your plate.
It could be the first step towards growth, even if that means laughing at your own chaos. Sometimes it doesn’t need to bee deep or profound. It just needs to be painfully accurate.
With a slice of humor on the side… cause if you can’t laugh at your previous self or bad decisions you made in a past life, what’s the real point of all this so called growth?
