Surely the geniuses who came up with the treadmill were aware of the, *ahem* dangers that come with creating what amounts to a highspeed, human-sized belt sander that people are expected to run on.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like anyone told these fine folks about those very dangers.
While treadmills can be handy for a runner who doesn’t want to get rained on, or a rock band from the 2000s that want to make an interesting music video, they can be downright deadly for the uninitiated.
All that to say: be careful hopping on that equipment, champs.
