So they actually do, in fact, just let anyone into the gym.
You don’t have to do a test, or take a class on how best to fight gravity for personal gain. You just gotta pay the entrance fee/membership and BOOM, instant access to the adult playground.
And it shows. There are plenty of people who are clearly uninformed when it comes to gym etiquette, how certain machines work, and what the hell, exactly, they’re supposed to be doing.
It is always worth offering a helping hand to newbies who need it.
Buuuuuut it can also make for some hilarious content — especially when it’s someone who really should know better than to hog all the dumbbells.
