Don’t get me wrong, we love a homemade costume.
They’re usually a lot better than the cheap, mass-produced outfits you’ll find at your local closed-department-store-turned-Spirit-Halloween come October.
But some people tend to go a little too far with the face paint and the paper mache, often resulting in creations that might be a little more terrifying than originally intended.
Which is all just another reason why Halloween is, in my humble opinion, the best holiday of the year.
