I’ve definitely “overlooked” a responsibility here and there…
When you’re young and on the 2nd week of your first kitchen job, it’s not THAT bad to forget what someone ordered as a side to their meal.
However, there are some lapses in judgement that aren’t so easy to excuse — the kind where the only justifiable reaction is “Nope, try again.”
So let’s forget we’re all human and we make mistakes, and collectively laugh at other people’s blunders!
