There are oodles of benefits to working out. In case you’re not savvy on basic health, let me name just a few – your health is improved, your physical appearance is upgraded, you have extra energy, better self-esteem, less stress and you get to loudly and over-sexually grunt while you lift. Or is that just me?
While all of these are tremendous benefits, there is one more that’s way, way more beneficial. Hookups. According to website Elliptical Reviews and their 1,000 person survey, hittin’ the weights often ends it hittin’ it. Check out their findings below.
