Dog Sniffs Out Teen Suffering From Stroke

Any dog owner knows the annoyance of being woken up at the crack of dawn to take the pup out for a walk. These parents, however, couldn’t be more grateful that their dog did just that.
Amanda Tanner and her husband were woken up by their dog at about 5 A.M. Axel, the 1 year old Border Collie rescue, jumped onto the couple’s bed to wake them. The two tried to get a little more shut eye, but Axel had something important to alert them to.
After more begging, Amanda’s husband finally walked downstairs to let the dog out, but he didn’t follow. Axel stayed in front of the bedroom door of Gabriel, the couple’s 17 year old son.
