My wife and I watch Alone a lot. We’re on season 13, and let’s just say… things got a bit… grizzly.
I heard a fact on the show that bears can smell food up to 20 miles away and remember the food’s location for up to 10 years afterwards.
It’s like a photographic memory but for snacks.
An enviable trait, for sure.
And then I started researching facts about bears and thought, man. I was right when I chose bears as my favorite animal when I was six.
