There’s an old adage that goes “there’s no such thing as bad press,” and in the case of Prancer the chihuahua, that’s certainly proven to be true.
He looks like most other chihuahuas, maybe only different at a glance because of his snubbed ears (which don’t really look that way in other photos). But Tyfanee Fortuna has been fostering Prancer, and struggling to come up with a conventional adoption profile for him, and after reading this downright hilarious description of him, it’s not hard to see why:
