I’m a big fan of cool-as-hell makeup, but the work of Charlotte Roberts is especially impressive.
She’s only 18 years old, and she’s amassed a huge following on Instagram. While she does create her own unique character makeups, we’ll be featuring her pop culture work here (which has a few deep cuts that made the horror fan in me smile).
