The 80s…
Being a 90s kid, I only got to consume the crumbs and leftovers of 80s culture. I was no stranger to stuff like Saved by the Bell, The Goonies, and similar content. But I wasn’t a native.
So when I look at 80s design, I feel quite ambivalent. It’s somewhat nostalgic, and yet, something about the vibe doesn’t sit well with me.
