My mother has a friend who sells buttons online.
Like, she’ll buy buttons in bulk and then sell them individually on eBay for like 10x, per button.
It’s an insane idea, but people buy it.
Because the internet is essentially just a massive digital yard sale, so you can pretty much sell or buy anything.
Add in a dash of celebrity obsession and you get some all-time oddities:
