You’d think it was the Grinch hard at work, but you’d be wrong. Police in Jackson, Mississippi are spreading holiday cheer in an odd way – by pulling people over. Well, of course, there’s a little bit more to it than meets the eye. Normally when you see those red and blue flashing lights you done did wrong, Son; however, instead of tickets these men in blue are handing out gifts!
