Jourdan Duncan is an 18-year-old from Benicia, California. He’s currently enrolled in college classes, studying to become a California Highway Patrol Officer, and works as a packaging line worker.
Due to problems with his car, Duncan walks two hours each way to work. Corporal Kirk Keffer of the Benicia Police Department in California saw him walking home on a busy road one day and decided to stop and give him a ride. “It’s dark; there’s no sidewalks. I asked him where he was walking to, and he says, ‘Home.'”
