Toronto Blue Jays fan takes foul ball to forehead, stays at game, recovers and reaps rewards

I’ve heard of taking balls to the face, but this is just ridiculous. Inappropriate jokes aside, Blue Jays’ fan Liz McGuire is an actual champ. While attending the Toronto/Tampa Bay game on Sunday the 19th, Blue Jays’ star Bo Bichette hit a piss missile foul ball that had a direct flight to McGuire’s forehead.
A nasty goose egg was the result. Add a black eye in the days that followed. The saddest part of the story? Someone snagged the foul ball. If you’re even a fair weather baseball fan, you know how devastating that is.
So McGuire took to the internet.
