It is important for all of us to face our fears to grow as people. Whether it be jumping out of an airplane or asking out the cute girl in accounting, go for it, because as frightening as it may seem, facing fears actually helps the brain relax in the long run.
Fear is rooted in our brains’ fight-or-flight response system, the survival process where you decide to either fight or run away from present danger.
