Let me start this one out with a regular complaint I have with the human body. I will toss and turn at night subconsciously and if I somehow sleep even remotely “the wrong way” my neck will wake up feeling like I just got in a car crash. The pain sucks and I even feel limited mobility all for what, because my head rolled off the pillow in my sleep!
It’s total nonsense.
That’s my biggest physical pet-peeve, here’s what other people think!
