Welcome, class! Today’s history lesson: Original Hooters Girl, Lynne Austin. The first Hooters location opened its doors in Clearwater, Florida, 1983. After noticing Austin in a bikini contest, one of the restaurant’s founders hired her on as the first waitress and original ‘Hooters Girl.’
At 64 years old, Lynne Austin is still an American beauty. Her Instagram page is chock-full of throwback photos from her Hooters days.
