I wouldn’t exactly say I’m old old, but it’s hard not to feel the steady and unceasing march of time when you start thinking back on everyday items that have since become obsolete.
Gen Xers and Millennials lived through some pretty big technological jumps over the past few decades, and with those innovations always come the adoption of shiny new devices to replace the old.
So here’s to the VCRs, the Walkman, the payphone, and the video game booklet. Gone, but not forgotten (by these redditors, at least.)
